KISMET is the dam to my 2024 Colorama Sale doeling HOANBU EPIC FIRST KISS, who sold for $4,900. KISMET is a clean, stylish doe with enough power to sustain her production throughout a full lactation. Her dam, GCH HOANBU BLF KAISLEY KARMA 5*M EX92 EEEE, and her sister GCH HOANBU BLF KAISLEY KATNISS 5*M VG89 ff (who died way too young), 2018 Nationals 1st pl Sr Dry Yrg and 2021 4th pl 4 Yr Old, have been the cornerstone of my K dam line from SGCH ALIZE KAISLEY EX91, 2013 Nationals 2nd pl/2nd Udder 2 Yr Old, 2014 1st pl/1st Udder 3 Yr Old, and 2018 2nd pl/2nd Udder Aged Doe. GCH HOANBU BMR KAISLEY KENNEDY 5*M EX92 EEEE is KISMET’s paternal sister as well as maternal aunt. Kennedy’s National Show career started out with a 1st place win as a Jr Dry Yrg in 2021, 6th place 2 Yr old in 2022, 5th place 4 Yr old in 2024, and 4th place 5-6 Yr Old in 2025. KAISLEY’s medial and teat placement was ahead of its time and has largely been the reason for this K line’s success.

Breeding KISMET to our herdsire *B CA BLACKBERRY’S LUNAR LANTERN was a mating for targeted improvement while maintaining the strengths of both sides of the pedigree. LANTERN is a massively impressive buck, incredibly tall, long, and angular, who has already garnered 4x RGCH as a yearling and earned an official unrestricted leg with a GCH win as a 2-year-old in 2026. He is a son of none other than the powerful GCH BIG_HOOFHEARTED RB LUNA 2*M EX93 EEEE, the 2021 Nationals 1st pl/ 2nd Udder 4 Yr Old, and 2022 National Grand Champion and Best Udder from the 5-6 Yr Old class, as well as Reserve Best Udder at Nationals in 2023. LUNA’s impressive teat placement and height/width of rear udder are unparalleled in the Nubian world. LANTERN’s sire, SGCH ++*B COPPER-HILL BREAKAWAY’S SONSET EX91 EEE, was an influential sire with at least 10 SGCH/GCH/CH offspring.
